Bio
Video on the issues from the Town Council Election Forum is now on our home page.
I am a married father of two children, a 14 year old daughter and 10 year old son. I have been in Edgewood for 15 years and came here from Pittsburgh although I grew up in northern New England and New Jersey. My educational background is in Clinical Psychology and much of my career has involved running clinical programs. I currently work as an administrator in the UNM School of Medicine.
Within a year or two of discovering that my area of town had been annexed into the Town of Edgewood, I was recruited by the Mayor to serve on the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission.
I started the annual Star Parties that we continue to enjoy and helped plan some of our future open spaces and trails. The decision to run for council in 2006 came from my desire to do even more to help the town mature. I felt strongly that I could help preserve the rural feel many of us enjoy. I also had a lot of encouragement from friends who felt that I would do a good job. I love living in Edgewood.
